Looking for best flash tutorials

Designing in flash and photoshop are very much interesting for me. For the past two months i learned photoshop and successful in that. Now i design some headers, button, logos for companies and some special effects like collage, polaroid, color adjustments, masking, working with layers much more. Now i am interested to learn flash tool, i tried some tutorials but they are too difficult for me. I don’t know where to get best tutorials. So if anybody knows just refer the site to me.
