The reason why you don’t see all of them is because email service providers are doing a pretty good job of filtering them out. Unlike spam filters from a decade ago, today’s anti-spam engines identify spam using multiple algorithms. For example once a spam sender’s computer is identified, it’s very easy for anti-spam engines to mark all mails originating from that computer to be spam. In some cases, the anti-spam engines identify the language spoken by a user and automatically mark emails in other languages as spam</p>
